Why I do this

It's a systems problem, not a marketing problem.

I kept watching the same thing happen. A good business, run by someone who knows their craft, losing work to a competitor who wasn't better. Just faster.

The call came in at 7 PM. Nobody picked up. The job went to whoever answered first.

It's fixable, and fixing it shouldn't require you to become a technology expert. So I build the system, test it, and hand it over working. If it doesn't work the way it should, it doesn't go out.
